When character select a main skill won't lock the other skill. Also included more skill points so you can unlock all skills at maximum level. 让更多人物的技能不会互相锁住。但是为了避免bug主动技能以及专精升级还会互锁。同时也为人物提供了更多的技能点。也影响AI。
