I enjoy playing on Legendary but I feel the Stat boosts to AI and Public order Penalty is a bit much and grindy. Rome II didn't have Public Order Penalties and Atilla didn't have Unit AI stat boosts so this mod reverts Troy to that setting. Enjoy!
